Requirements
- 10-15 years of QA or Quality Engineering experience
- 5+ years leading teams
- Experience supporting both SaaS and desktop solutions
- Strong knowledge of functional regression API UI automation and end-to-end release testing
- Practical experience integrating test practices into CI/CD processes
- Strong understanding of SDLC agile delivery models and release management
- Ability to create and standardize QA processes across teams and departments
- Technology background for complex multi-server and/or container SaaS solutions
- Experience with test case management and issue tracking tools
- Capability to coordinate security-oriented testing with security and engineering teams
Day to day
- Lead and advance quality assurance engineering across desktop and SaaS products.
- Develop and execute a modern quality strategy centered on automation scalable frameworks and AI-assisted practices.
- Partner with Engineering Product Management DevOps Platform/IT and Support to improve testing methods product quality and delivery processes.
