Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on QA or testing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Math or equivalent or 13+ years of relevant experience
- Experience writing and executing test cases test plans and defect reports for enterprise software
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform navigation module configurations and testing
- Basic understanding of Software Asset Management processes including licensing entitlement management and license reconciliation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira ServiceNow Agile or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and clear communication
- Experience in federal compliance-driven or regulated environments preferred

Day to day
- Plan and execute test cases for ServiceNow SAM Pro configurations workflows entitlement ingestion normalization rules and reporting
- Perform functional regression integration smoke sanity and UAT testing to validate software asset management processes and data integrity
- Document defects test results traceability matrices and summary reports while partnering with BA developers and stakeholders in an Agile environment
