- Experience in a government or regulated environment

- Experience designing and executing complex test scenarios
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for technical and non technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal direction
- Understanding of accessibility standards security testing fundamentals and performance considerations
- Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience preparing or managing test data
- Strong UAT or QA background with experience testing complex systems

Day to day
- Carry out user acceptance testing and quality assurance for complex systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements, then translate them into clear test cases and scenarios.
- Design, execute, and document test activities while tracking defects and supporting risk mitigation.
