Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or a scientific field with research emphasis
- 1+ year research experience working with data & analytics
- Experience working with Python
- Familiarity with one or more data science and machine/deep learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, H2O, keras
- Experience using Git, Linux/Unix, an IDEs
- Familiar with multi-modal unstructured communications data (text, speech, image/video)
- Preferred: Master’s or Doctor of Philosophy degree
- Experience working with NLP, text analytics/classification, audio analytics
- Knowledge of transfer learning, including word embedding models (gloVe, fastText, word2vec) and transformer models (Bert, SBert, GPT-x etc.)
- Experience using various Large Language Models (LLM)
- Experience with natural language processing toolkits like NLTK, spaCy
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and continuous delivery concepts such as helm, Docker, Kubernetes
- Cloud computing (AWS, GCS, Azure)
- Multi-lingual communication skills/experience

Day to day
- Analyze unstructured communications data to address customer problems
- Develop and evaluate new research ideas, existing capabilities
- Collaborate extensively with Data Science team and Product Managers to create insights and solutions
