Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Finance or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Compensation Benefits Reward or a related specialist role
- Experience with compensation data salary benchmarking reward modelling and reward frameworks
- Experience supporting job architecture grading or job evaluation frameworks
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex datasets and developing data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools experience with HR systems advantageous
- Good understanding of compensation benefits reward governance and pay transparency requirements within a global environment
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively and independently

Day to day
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to support annual salary and bonus reviews and broader reward activity
- Build reward models and scenario analysis to inform compensation planning budget allocation and decision-making
- Produce benchmarking reporting and insights that help maintain competitive equitable and compliant reward practices across global locations
