Requirements

Certified Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies
5-10 years experience in large transformation projects within an international environment
Experience in Tier 1 Banking Environment
Lead PI planning sessions and facilitate stand-ups and planning sessions
Coach squads in Agile Methods and ensure clear communication of Product Vision

Nice to have

Experience migrating leasing platforms
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Day to day

Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Lead 2-3 Agile teams on a large international project involving 9 work streams.
