Who you are
- Certified Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- 5-10 years experience in large transformation projects within an international environment
- Experience in Tier 1 Banking Environment
- Lead PI planning sessions and facilitate stand-ups and planning sessions
- Coach squads in Agile Methods and ensure clear communication of Product Vision
Desirables
- Experience migrating leasing platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
What the job involves
- Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Lead 2-3 Agile teams on a large international project involving 9 work streams.
