What the job involves

• Facilitate agile processes and ensure cross-functional teams deliver high-quality, data-driven experiments.
• Lead and coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality, focusing on high-value Increments.
• Remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
• Manage execution resources, receive tests from control tower manager, and balance the workload.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring clear communication between team and stakeholders.
• Act as first point of contact to resolve immediate problems and assist in maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
• Create a learning environment, support team in Agile principles, and maintain documentation.
