Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of security functions
- Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers
- Familiarity with NIST, OWASP, CSA, ISO frameworks
- Knowledge of TLS/SSL infrastructure and protocols
- Experience with YAML scripting and configuration languages
- Familiarity with logging services, assessment, alerting
- Strong Linux and MacOS security understanding
Desirables
- CISSP, CCSP certifications
- SANS certifications (GCIH, GCIA, etc.)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native services
- Experience with SSO/SAML, OAuth
- Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration
- Experience with Terraform IaC
- Knowledge of Snyk, Dependabot, Burp Suite
- Data pipelines, data lakehouse familiarity
- Experience with MDM or Mobile Security tools
What the job involves
- Design and implement new security controls for insulin pumps and CGMs
- Support and ensure a HIPAA-compliant security environment
- Respond to RFIs and questionnaires from clinics and organizations
- Collaborate with engineers to establish priorities and operational security
- Maintain security operations and defense-in-depth security across platforms

Tidepool Loop is a project to build and support an FDA-regulated version of Loop, to be available in the OS App Store, intended to work with commercially available insulin pumps and CGMs. Tidepool Loop is not currently available for use.Company benefits
