Requirements
- Architect-level Azure experience in client-facing roles
- Working knowledge of GenAI patterns including RAG evaluation and guardrails
- Experience with Agentic AI including Skills and MCP
- Strong hands-on experience with core Azure services and Databricks
- Cloud engineering expertise including networking security DevOps and monitoring
- Experience with AI application security and governance including IAM data access and auditability
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead technical teams

Day to day
- Architect and deliver client-facing AI solutions on Azure with a strong focus on GenAI and Agentic AI patterns.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines evaluation workflows guardrails and Skills/MCP-based agentic capabilities.
- Build secure scalable cloud-native systems using Azure Databricks and core Azure services while collaborating with technical teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
