Requirements
- 5+ years of backend or ML engineering experience with production AI or ML deployments
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning prompt engineering and inference optimization
- Strong proficiency in Python with Golang as a plus
- Experience building and operating API services and data pipelines at scale
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning techniques such as RLHF or reward modeling
- Understanding of multi-model architectures and agent collaboration
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms and APIs
- Strong systems thinking with distributed systems scaling and reliability
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

Day to day
- Build and maintain training and inference pipelines for character AI agents using LLM and SLM orchestration
- Deploy and operate AI agents across major social platforms with coherent personality and consistent behavior
- Develop tooling that helps studios and creators define personality lore brand rules and behavioral guardrails
- Design feedback loops and safety systems to improve agent quality monitor drift and support reliable production performance
