Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in production AI or LLM application development
- Strong Python proficiency and solid software engineering fundamentals
- Deep backend engineering experience building and operating production services and APIs
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications
- Experience building and maintaining RAG pipelines and vector search systems
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol and tool-calling patterns
- Experience designing and running LLM evaluation frameworks
- Experience building and operating AI infrastructure on a major cloud platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Design and build production-grade agentic AI systems that power compliant refund solutions at the point of purchase
- Develop MCP servers, tool integrations, and orchestration layers that connect partner AI agents to Teak platform APIs and external systems
- Create RAG pipelines, LLM routing strategies, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks that improve reliability, safety, and output quality
- Contribute to backend Python services, code reviews, technical documentation, and operational AI infrastructure with strong attention to observability and auditability
