Who you are

• Preferably 7+ years of backend development experience with scalable, distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in Go and cloud infrastructure services
• Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL
• Skill in writing optimized queries and designing database schemas
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
• Comfortable working in a distributed team environment
• Works North/South American time zones

What the job involves

• Develop the backbone of our customer engagement platform, empowering companies to build meaningful connections through personalized communication.
• Design and implement robust services in Go to scale and handle increasing data efficiently.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver customer-enhancing features.
• Improve data handling and storage solutions to support complex workflows.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, ensuring high reliability and responsiveness.
• Guide and mentor other engineers, fostering technical excellence.
