Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend focus
- Experience designing and building large-scale production-grade systems
- Proficiency in Go or ability to learn new languages quickly
- Practical or conceptual understanding of Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and design patterns including microservices and distributed systems
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPCs service connectivity access control and secure communication
- Ability to optimize systems for performance scalability and reliability
- Strong collaboration skills in distributed cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated mentoring and coaching ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of technical lead experience
