Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree valued
- 12+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation and/or IT integration
- Direct M&A experience leading IT integration efforts with delivery accountability
- Proven track record leading digital transformation projects involving EHR ERP AI telehealth and data analytics
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations and clinical workflows
- Proven ability to lead large multi-workstream IT programs under compressed timelines
- Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication presentation and executive-level client management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed typically Monday–Thursday
- Authorization to work in the United States

Day to day

- Guide cross-functional teams through due diligence Day 1 readiness TSA exit governance and value realization while managing risk timelines and delivery quality.
