Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree valued
  • 12+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation and/or IT integration
  • Direct M&A experience leading IT integration efforts with delivery accountability
  • Proven track record leading digital transformation projects involving EHR ERP AI telehealth and data analytics
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations and clinical workflows
  • Proven ability to lead large multi-workstream IT programs under compressed timelines
  • Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional communication presentation and executive-level client management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed typically Monday–Thursday
  • Authorization to work in the United States
