- Experience directly managing at least 2-3 Engineering Managers
- Experience leading orgs of around 20 engineers
- Ability to coach and develop managers through regular 1:1s and feedback
- Ability to partner with Technical Leads and Product Managers on delivery
- Ability to drive technical initiatives and raise engineering standards
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to influence engineering practices across an organisation

Day to day
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams within an org of around 20-30 people
- Manage and develop Tech Leads Senior Engineers and Engineering Managers through coaching feedback and regular 1:1s
- Own technical and delivery outcomes while shaping team structure improving engineering excellence and supporting inclusive high-performing teams
