Requirements
- 7+ years building production-grade enterprise web applications
- Experience working at companies with engineering teams of less than 15 people
- Experience working in a fully remote environment with teammates across the U.S. and internationally
- Experience integrating third-party systems such as CMS billing platforms and ESPs
- Deep expertise in frontend frameworks such as Vue.js Nuxt React or Next.js
- Familiarity with TypeScript modern CSS and front-end build tools
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional updates and team leadership
- Experience using AI-powered dev tools and applying generative models or embeddings
- Exceptional attention to detail and performance optimization skills
- Test-driven mindset with fast reliable unit and regression suites
- Comfortable flexing full-stack and experience with PHP

Day to day
- Lead the rebuild of the web-based learner experience from the ground up using Vue and Nuxt
- Architect a modular scalable front-end codebase that delivers a seamless high-performance experience
- Own the full front-end lifecycle from planning and component design through launch monitoring and maintenance
- Establish coding standards testing strategies performance budgets and security guidelines
- Mentor a small front-end team through code reviews guidance and technical development
