Requirements
- BS/BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or other depending on experience
- 6-8 years Human Resources experience
- Solid working knowledge and familiarity with HR concepts, practices, procedures, and employment laws in UK&I
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience interacting with people internationally
- Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones, as required for international business
- Technical fluency
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
- Excellent project management skills
- 5 years of Stakeholder Management experience
- 2 years of working with Transformation & Transition
- Experience liaising with and coordinating multiple team members to drive toward a goal
- Account management experience and Customer Service oriented, highly professional and a great attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking
Day to day
- Support onboarding of new hires in EMEA, including payroll setup and benefit enrollments as required
- Manage questions related to payroll, expense reports and other HR functions for global employees on behalf of clients
- Maintain meticulous client records in online portal
- Negotiating with potential new clients and existing clients expanding into new countries across EMEA
- Coach and lead professionals and clients to make them and their business more productive and successful
- Manage and resolve end-of-employment situations in collaboration with Legal partners
- Identify and manage service improvement activities with client and operations teams
