Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business HR or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex offers
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday Greenhouse or iCIMS and cleared job boards
  • Experience recruiting cleared technical talent for government and defense contracts

Day to day

  • Source and engage passive candidates with active security clearances for government and defense roles.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens to verify technical qualifications clearance status and LCAT fit while assessing cultural alignment.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including offers negotiations and candidate closing while collaborating closely with Program Managers Hiring Managers and Program Directors.
  • Maintain a warm bench of cleared talent provide a high-touch candidate experience and keep pipeline data accurate in the ATS.
