Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a heavy focus on technical or energy infrastructure roles in high-growth or startup environments
- Proven track record filling critical upstream roles including Grid Interconnection Data Center/Renewable Project Development Land Acquisition or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering
- Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche highly competitive engineering and infrastructure skill sets in the local market
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates acting as a trusted talent advisor
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization from engineering leads to executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch experienced infrastructure professionals on a high-growth startup mission
- Experience with modern ATS tools pipeline reporting and data-driven recruiting practices

Day to day
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier infrastructure talent from data center operators renewable energy developers and power/grid sector companies
- Screen and assess candidates for specialized technical expertise and strong cultural alignment
- Run fast-moving high-quality hiring processes including pipeline management interview debriefs and candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in highly competitive infrastructure and energy markets
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements hiring needs and timelines
