  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a heavy focus on technical or energy infrastructure roles in high-growth or startup environments
  • Proven track record filling critical upstream roles including Grid Interconnection Data Center/Renewable Project Development Land Acquisition or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering
  • Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche highly competitive engineering and infrastructure skill sets in the local market
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates acting as a trusted talent advisor
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization from engineering leads to executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch experienced infrastructure professionals on a high-growth startup mission
  • Experience with modern ATS tools pipeline reporting and data-driven recruiting practices

Day to day

  • Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in highly competitive infrastructure and energy markets
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements hiring needs and timelines
