Requirements
- 5+ years managing one or more teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong track record leading engineering teams delivering production-grade SaaS applications
- Hands-on experience in Go and full-stack systems
- Deep experience with AWS and/or GCP
- Experience with modern distributed systems including microservices monoliths and event-driven design patterns
- Ability to drive architectural decisions and establish scalable engineering practices
- Strong operator who translates business goals into execution using metrics and KPIs
- Effective communicator who partners across engineering product and leadership
- Experience coaching developing and hiring high-performing inclusive teams

Day to day
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality scalable software aligned with company priorities and measurable business outcomes
- Set clear goals define success metrics and continuously inspect progress to keep teams focused efficient and accountable
- Partner with Product PMO and cross-functional stakeholders to drive prioritization manage trade-offs remove barriers and sustain execution momentum
- Own engineering excellence by establishing strong development practices including code quality testing operational reliability and thoughtful architectural decisions
- Coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers while building a culture of ownership inclusion continuous improvement and strong team performance
