Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS, with deep hands-on expertise in Workday, HR technology, data management, and integrations
- Strong ability to manage day-to-day system operations while driving continuous process improvement
- Experience with hands-on execution, from strategy to delivery, in fast-paced, global environments
- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on execution and delivering tangible results
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
Day to day
- Take ownership of Sitecore’s global HR systems, including Workday and Jobvite, driving the day-to-day execution, architecture, and transformation of our HR tech stack.
- Implement solutions that meet business needs while directly managing systems, integrations, and data processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure HR systems operate efficiently and scale as Sitecore grows.
