- 5 years of hands-on cloud-native custom application development
- Experience with event-driven microservice architecture and Angular
- Experience with Spring and modern design practices including DDD TDD and BDD
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership mentoring and coaching experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholders and build consensus

Day to day
- Lead a team of solution architects and shape robust architecture frameworks for custom development initiatives.
- Provide hands-on engineering and architectural guidance for cloud-native applications built with modern event-driven microservices.
- Partner with business leaders product managers and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement.
