Requirements
- 8-10+ years in recruiting operations people analytics or hybrid ops recruiting role
- Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting contract negotiations
- Working knowledge of an ATS and interview intelligence platforms
- Ability to own day-to-day administration and troubleshooting
- Experience contributing to or leading process improvement for scalable recruiting workflows
- Ability to produce clear data-backed recommendations for tool consolidation or removal

Day to day
- Own and continuously improve recruiting systems processes and operations to support rapid growth
- Manage the recruiting tech stack end to end including ATS interview intelligence sourcing tools and scheduling tools
