Requirements
- 10-12+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience leading UI or full-stack teams building large-scale customer-facing enterprise products
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of system design and integration with distributed backend services such as Node.js Java or Python
- Experience delivering products in fast-paced platform-oriented environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and drive execution across organizational boundaries
- Strong product and engineering judgment focused on simple scalable user-centric solutions
- Experience setting quality standards through automated testing CI/CD and engineering best practices
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring clarity to complex initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Day to day
- Lead teams that design and evolve observability capabilities for AI applications developer tooling and platform services.
- Define and execute a unified observability strategy that delivers deep visibility actionable insights and intelligent automation across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Drive adoption of observability best practices across engineering teams and partner with AI automation platform and product groups to improve reliability performance and customer transparency.
