Requirements
- 5+ years Microsoft PowerPoint design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design or relevant qualification(s)
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience creating slick, engaging presentations and functional PowerPoint templates
- Knowledge of other presentation tools including Keynote & Google Slides
- Experience handling multiple projects at any one time working closely and efficiently with Project Managers and other Designers
- Proven problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness

- Ability to deliver under pressure in a busy and fast paced studio environment

Day to day
- Creating designed PowerPoint presentations for a variety of purposes such as events & conferences, financial results, sales pitches and internal communications
- Building advanced and functional PowerPoint master templates with expert technical knowledge of fonts, compatibility, and file optimisation
- Providing training, mentoring and quality checking to junior members of the team
- Organising and leading collaborative projects by clearly defining design styles, tracking project status, and collating and checking files
- Staying ahead of application and technology updates related to the service area, particularly regarding online presenting, and developing skill set accordingly
