Who you are
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mind that is customer focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams
- Proficient in customer insight tools like FullStory, BizRate, or similar tools
- Retail Ecommerce experience preferred
