Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI in high-growth tech environments
- Highly skilled in Figma with comfort prototyping using AI tools like Claude
- Strong visual design instincts with care for hierarchy typography and polish
- Highly autonomous and high-agency
- Comfortable with front-end fundamentals HTML/CSS
- Motivated to make small but meaningful UX refinements to production environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or agents is a plus
- Strong information architecture instincts
- Communicates with clarity and curiosity
- Experience designing complex data-heavy AI products for enterprise B2B or multi-location operators in non-tech verticals like home services

Day to day
- Own end-to-end design of core product experiences with a high sense of craft from early exploration through polished execution
- Design AI communication workflows across voice SMS and email as well as data-heavy interfaces like campaign builders journey orchestration and performance dashboards
- Untangle dense multi-step workflows into clear mental models that scale from single-location SMBs to multi-location enterprise teams
- Use Claude and other AI tools to rapidly prototype interactive flows and pressure-test designs with product and engineering
- Conduct user research with home services operators and translate findings into product bets and design direction
- Partner closely with engineers PMs CSR teams and AI specialists to make the AI feel trustworthy controllable and on-brand
