Day to day
- Designing great products that are easy to use and achieve business goals by understanding our Guests and users we’re designing for
- Exploring design options collaboratively with product managers delivery team and users
- Designing consistency sitewide experience
- Embracing and evolving the Haven Design System encouraging reuse
- Inspiring new ways of thinking leading delivery teams to create great user experience for web interfaces and applications
- Leading concepts with team members providing design direction to other designers and working with software engineers to implement designs into deliverable products
- Understanding business goals and translating them into unique design/creative solutions
- Supporting business goals and product KPI through UX/UI design
- Mentoring and managing more junior members of the team
