Requirements
- 5 years+ of product management experience in building database, data science and other backend infrastructure products
- Able to explain how a SQL query works from query to file-level access
- Educational or professional background in computer science or related engineering fields
- Track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams common to enterprise software industry (field engineering, sales, marketing, partnerships, etc.)
- Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)
Nice to have
- experience with Apache open-source projects
- understanding of cloud providers
- knowledge of terms such as ec2, gcp, OIDC
- analytical skills
- explain SQL query process

Day to day
- You’ll be responsible for driving the growth of both open-source and Imply distribution of Apache Druid
- You’ll be meeting with a diverse set of users to understand how they are creating value and where their frustrations are
- You’ll be directly contributing to building one of the fastest database engines in the world
