  • 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS preferably customer support or contact center solutions
  • Hands-on experience with APIs authentication protocols middleware web services and messaging patterns
  • Experience with conversational AI technologies including LLMs prompt engineering and agentic workflows
  • Strong front-end skills in JavaScript CSS and JSON
  • Familiarity with ETL and data transformation
  • Experience integrating with CRMs especially Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing stakeholder management
