- 7+ years in solutions architecture customer engineering or technical implementation roles
- 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS preferably customer support or contact center solutions
- Hands-on experience with APIs authentication protocols middleware web services and messaging patterns
- Experience with conversational AI technologies including LLMs prompt engineering and agentic workflows
- Strong front-end skills in JavaScript CSS and JSON
- Familiarity with ETL and data transformation
- Experience integrating with CRMs especially Salesforce and Zendesk
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing stakeholder management
