Day to day

  • Design and implement scalable Python services that power AI-driven workflows
  • Build resilient, observable systems with strong error handling and compliance traceability
  • Work within a serverless event-driven AWS architecture to deliver safe auditable AI capabilities
  • Build intelligent workflows using LLMs and agentic architectures and integrate AI models into production systems
  • Design guardrails policy enforcement and behavioural monitoring for AI agents
  • Take ownership of features from design through to production and collaborate across Product AI Platform and Compliance teams
  • Support and guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews documentation demos and knowledge sharing
  • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development improve quality and help define AI-assisted engineering best practices
