Requirements

  • Strong competency in API design data modeling and distributed systems
  • Experience with modern full-stack frameworks and complex user-facing flows or backend business logic
  • Proven ability to own technical initiatives end to end with clear scope estimates and risk management
  • Experience improving team dynamics through code reviews documentation pairing and mentoring
  • Active proficiency with AI-assisted development tooling and awareness of related technical risk

Day to day

  • Design and deliver reliable product experiences that improve patient onboarding and conversion.
  • Build and evolve systems for acquisition surfaces registration flows eligibility verification and end-to-end onboarding.
  • Partner with Product Design Analytics and engineers to run experiments ship improvements and iterate using data.
  • Own technical initiatives end to end while balancing performance correctness resilience and scale.
  • Mentor teammates surface tradeoffs early and model strong ownership urgency and follow-through.
