Requirements
- 3-5 years of multi-unit retail HR or Associate Relations experience preferred
- Workplace Investigations Training preferred
- Knowledge of NLRB-related issues is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration Organization Development Human Resources or related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal presentation facilitation analytical organizational and communication skills required
- Working knowledge of Excel Word and Outlook

Day to day
- Manage Associate Relations investigations across open-door channels Alertline third-party claims social media and case management systems
- Respond promptly to critical incidents including suicidal associates domestic violence and other urgent employee concerns while following established protocols
- Coach business leaders on policy interpretation corrective action and engagement practices while supporting training surveys and process improvements
