Who you are

• 7+ years experience as a full-cycle in-house Technical Recruiter preferably in growth-stage SaaS startups.
• Strong understanding of engineering product and design roles in a product-focused SaaS startup.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent in a competitive market.
• Experience negotiating complex offers including equity packages.
• Proficiency in recruiting metrics to drive and fine-tune the recruiting process.
• Experience with ATS like Ashby Greenhouse or Lever.
• Excited by a startup environment and contributing to defining recruiting processes.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.

Desirables

• Experience in Ashby.
• Experience in Gem or sequencing tools.
• Experience developing dashboards & reports.

• Partner with leadership to understand EPD teams' hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Advocate for a data-driven recruitment process and develop metrics and reports.
