Day to day
- Build and refine recruiting processes for a foundational hiring team
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and talent strategy
- Source prescreen and engage candidates across referrals inbound and outbound channels
- Guide candidates through a smooth hiring experience and support effective offer close strategies
