Requirements

Nice to have

  • Background in ServiceNow product ownership
  • Background in ServiceNow product management
  • A deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience applying digital accessibility regulations and standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)

Day to day

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Manage product backlogs and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring product increments meet business goals and are ready for release
  • Partner with Service Management and Communications to communicate the value of ServiceNow, including pricing, roadmaps, launches, and service adoption initiatives
  • Make real-time decisions during sprints, translating customer feedback into enabling features and ongoing improvements
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure clarity on build requirements
  • Analyze product performance and market trends to develop recommendations that enhance adoption and customer satisfaction
