What the job involves
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, and ensure alignment with business needs
Manage product backlogs and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring product increments meet business goals and are ready for release
Partner with Service Management and Communications to communicate the value of ServiceNow, including pricing, roadmaps, launches, and service adoption initiatives
Make real-time decisions during sprints, translating customer feedback into enabling features and ongoing improvements
Work closely with the development team to ensure clarity on build requirements
Analyze product performance and market trends to develop recommendations that enhance adoption and customer satisfaction
