Requirements
- 5 years of background in IT and product management
- Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications
- Training or Certification related to the work assigned to the position will be assigned credit towards substitution for experience and/or education, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications
- If the minimum qualifications include a degree requirement, additional appropriate paid or unpaid experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis
Nice to have
- Background in ServiceNow product ownership
- Background in ServiceNow product management
- A deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- ITIL Certification
- Experience applying digital accessibility regulations and standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)
Day to day
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, and ensure alignment with business needs
- Manage product backlogs and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring product increments meet business goals and are ready for release
- Partner with Service Management and Communications to communicate the value of ServiceNow, including pricing, roadmaps, launches, and service adoption initiatives
- Make real-time decisions during sprints, translating customer feedback into enabling features and ongoing improvements
- Work closely with the development team to ensure clarity on build requirements
- Analyze product performance and market trends to develop recommendations that enhance adoption and customer satisfaction
