- Agile DevOps methodologies and tools such as ServiceNow Agile and Jira
- Digital asset delivery systems such as Signiant and Aspera
- Linux administration and support experience
- Public cloud experience with AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Network concepts including TCP/IP UDP IPv4 IPv6 DNS SSL firewalls and F5 LTM
- Automation and CI/CD tools such as Ansible Terraform Puppet Chef and Jenkins
- Version control using git and GitHub
- Scripting in Python Node.js or Perl
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with DevOps teams customers peers and vendors
- Comfortable with changing priorities and high stress situations
- Ability to participate in a 24X7 on-call rotation
