Familiarity with TCP IP UDP IPv4 IPv6 DNS SSL Firewalls and F5 LTM
Familiarity with automation CI/CD and testing tools such as Ansible Terraform Puppet Chef and Jenkins
Experience with version control systems such as git and GitHub
Experience with scripting languages such as Python Node.js or Perl
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with DevOps teams customers and peers
Ability to communicate directly with software vendors
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

Support the full-stack lifecycle of digital asset delivery systems with strong reliability focus
Tune and troubleshoot delivery applications to improve performance and stability
Partner with DevOps and vendors to design monitoring and remediation that prevents future failures
Write code and scripts to automate operational tasks and streamline support work
