What the job involves
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Plan coordinate and oversee software development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Participate in coding activities to stay current with technology trends and assist in solving complex technical issues
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives
- Determine the most likely languages and frameworks to be used by AV company manufacturers and platforms consistent with the AV market
