Day to day

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Plan coordinate and oversee software development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Participate in coding activities to stay current with technology trends and assist in solving complex technical issues
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and ensure best practices are followed
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives
Determine the most likely languages and frameworks to be used by AV company manufacturers and platforms consistent with the AV market
