Requirements

  • 3+ years leading platform SRE or infrastructure teams in a cloud-native environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with SLIs SLOs error budgets and incident management
  • Deep AWS knowledge across compute networking storage and managed services
  • Practical IaC experience with Terraform CloudFormation or equivalent
  • Strong Kubernetes and Helm experience
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK OpenSearch or Jaeger
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Jenkins
  • Comfortable writing and reviewing code or scripts in Python Go or Bash

Day to day

  • Lead and grow a team of platform engineers and SREs in a psychologically safe, high-performing culture.
  • Define and deliver the platform roadmap across compute networking storage CI/CD and Kubernetes-based services.
  • Own platform reliability observability and incident response while driving automation cost efficiency and secure-by-design practices.
