Day to day

  • You will actively manage your ticket queue and keep customers appraised of progress.
  • You will analyze and resolve customer issues meeting all SLA’s.
  • You will produce specification documents and engage in bug fixing and software development in Java.
  • Deliver software to specification within set timescales and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers as required.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and promote their benefits.
  • Assist with OAT and UAT and commit to self-development.
  • Attend internal and external meetings and training courses.
