Day to day
- You will actively manage your ticket queue and keep customers appraised of progress.
- You will analyze and resolve customer issues meeting all SLA’s.
- You will produce specification documents and engage in bug fixing and software development in Java.
- Deliver software to specification within set timescales and deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers as required.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and promote their benefits.
- Assist with OAT and UAT and commit to self-development.
- Attend internal and external meetings and training courses.
