- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering AI Solutions or Systems Architecture in client-facing roles
- Demonstrated AI literacy with practical application of LLMs automation workflows and enterprise AI use cases
- Experience translating requirements into scalable production-ready solutions
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and executive audiences
- Working knowledge of security practices including IAM data protection and compliance frameworks
- Experience in credit fraud identity or risk analytics domains
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
- Experience with Python or SQL
- Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements

Day to day
- Lead AI-driven discovery sessions to uncover client needs and shape intelligent decisioning opportunities
- Translate requirements into production-ready AI-enabled architectures using LLMs APIs microservices and cloud-native systems
- Deliver scalable Bureau Composer implementations and support demos workshops integration deployment and troubleshooting
- Partner with Sales and Product to expand adoption improve revenue and align security compliance and governance frameworks
