- 3–5+ years in Solutions or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with APIs webhooks and authentication
- Ability to test integrations in Postman and judge feasibility
- Working knowledge of Shopify and helpdesk platforms such as Gorgias Zendesk Kustomer or Dixa
- Strong communication for demos SOWs RFPs and handoffs
- Self-directed approach in a fast-moving startup environment

Day to day
- Own the technical side of deals from first demo through proof-of-concept trials and technical close.
- Run live demos and technical discovery using prospect data, integrations, and scenario flows.
- Build and test integrations, write statements of work, and partner across Sales, Engineering, Product, and CS.
