Day to day

  • Manage daily administrative operations with precision, including calendar coordination, email triage, document management, and organized file maintenance.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations to verify data, reconcile information, and assist with budgeting and invoicing needs.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up communications while helping improve workflows, strengthen internal controls, and maintain audit-ready records.
