• 7+ years of experience
• At least 5 years with distributed, scalable web applications
• Strong expertise in Python for building web services
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud technologies
• Experience with MySQL and/or Postgres
• Experience with Kafka, SQS, or other event-based technologies
• Using monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
