Requirements
- 8+ years of compensation experience with increasing scope
- Deep executive compensation expertise including Comp Committee prep proxy or CD&A exposure exec-level offers and LTI design
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders without authority
- Strong analytical and modeling fluency in Sheets or Excel
- Ability to write concise decision-ready documents for executives
- Experience owning end-to-end workstreams on small high-output teams in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight and measurable workflow improvements

Day to day
- Own executive compensation for senior leaders including offers long-term incentive design and Comp Committee materials
- Partner with senior executives across G&A and Product as a trusted comp advisor delivering rapid concise recommendations
- Drive AI strategy for the Compensation function by designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows and agents to accelerate benchmarking scenario modeling and communications
- Translate complex pay scenarios and tradeoffs into clear executive-ready narratives that support fast decisions in an async-first environment
- Shape executive compensation program design including proxy considerations scenario modeling and LTI structures aligned to company strategy
