Who you are
- Minimum 10 years experience in Quality Assurance in SW development environment
- Minimum 8 years experience in a QA leadership position
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Understanding of source control management, build processes, and frequent code release deployment QA support
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
- Experience programming/testing real-time applications using Java and C++
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Desirables
- Strong Telco/VoIP experience
- Experience on a DEV/OPS team
- Familiarity with SIP protocol
- Experience with API testing
- Experience maintaining QA test automation using Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit
- Proficiency in SVN, Jira, Ant, Jenkins for managing test cases and defects
What the job involves
- Lead a team responsible for quality assurance and delivery of Unified Communications products
- Oversee all Hosted PBX team QA operations, manage personnel, delegate tasks, and execute test strategies
- Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and Product groups to understand QA needs and share technical details
