Day to day
- Lead the multi-year personalization and recommendation strategy for Paramount+ and Pluto TV, translating company goals into scalable AI and ML product investments with measurable business impact.
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven discovery experiences including recommendations, ranking, real-time personalization, experimentation, and emerging short-form discovery surfaces.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, analytics, and executive teams to build reliable, cost-efficient personalization platforms that improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Lead and mentor senior technical product managers, establish product standards and roadmap governance, and influence cross-functional roadmaps across UX, growth, marketing, and content strategy.
