Requirements
- 5+ years designing consumer web and/or mobile products at scale
- Proven track record leading growth onboarding or experimentation programs
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered product thinking polished visual craft and interaction design
- Experience using AI-powered design tools and generative workflows
- Demonstrated experience shipping experiments that drove measurable DAU or engagement impact
- Ability to own the quality bar for AI-assisted design work
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma Cursor Claude code and Claude design

Day to day
- Lead design strategy for high-leverage growth surfaces across onboarding engagement loops lifecycle nudges and habit systems to improve activation and retention
- Translate growth strategy into clear experience direction by exploring pressure-testing and refining solutions with Product Engineering and Data teams
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover opportunities iterate on experiments quickly and scale successful learnings into reusable patterns
- Contribute to the design system by creating and refining growth-focused patterns that support scalable consistent experiences
- Mentor designers facilitate critiques and identify AI-driven efficiencies that improve experimentation velocity and design-to-engineering workflows
