Requirements
- 8+ years of product management technical product management engineering or heavy data experience with a relevant bachelor's degree or 3 years with a master's degree or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience building or prototyping AI agents and agentic workflows
- Fluency with AI development and productivity tools
- Technical depth to partner with engineering on architecture evaluate tradeoffs and contribute directly to building data products and agentic capabilities
- SQL proficiency and comfort writing queries understanding data models and evaluating data quality
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks LLM-based products or automation tools
- Familiarity with emerging AI standards and patterns such as Model Context Protocol and vector databases
- Experience building or scaling Medallion architecture or data products

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end product discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration for Medallion data products and AI agentic workflows
- Partner hands-on with engineering and data science teams to prototype, build, and ship production-grade data products using AI tools
- Own multiple business unit engagements, guiding adoption of reusable self-service data solutions and reducing workflow friction at scale
